This group consists of a small number of dedicated tree planting crusaders who work tirelessly to restore and enhance Peterson’s Ck at Yungaburra.
Our objectives are:
• To care for the section of Peterson’s Creek from Peterson’s Bridge to the old railway cutting and extending to the Casuarina Walk and Wallaby track : to plant and care for trees and care for native wildlife in this area and create a botanical walk and experience for locals and visitors.
• To work with Tablelands Regional Council and others to maintain the quality of Peterson’s Creek as a viable environment and habitat for aquatic species.
